For people with attention to detail and notice when icons are not updated and other design inconsistencies they are probably far better suited for OS X. Typical windows users don't notice those things so imagine Microsoft didn't focus on them in this version. May take until 11 or 12 to get all those things refined. (And yes mac has had similar issues but far less in release versions).
