I don't know what this is referring to, and I don't understand your question. Defining the real world conditions that would lead to or constitute "gender equality" is the root of the discussion.
You seem to be redefining a political philosophy into what you think it should mean. Anarchism did not start 2000 years ago. Anarchism is pure post-enlightenment, although like most philosophical thought, precursors are seen and inspiration is taken from Greek, Roman and religious/Christian sources.
