As I said, in my country you have social plans and associations helping every kind of person, helping them so much that the beggar down the street actually has a better salary than me for being a beggar, that an immigrant with his 4 kids not working wins 4 times my salary and so on. The only kind of person for which there are no plan, to my knowledge, is the one I described before.
