To be honest, the thing I hate the most about recruiters, is they don't read my resume from beginning to end.
Next in line to that are hiring managers who don't believe I have any experience in a skill that I have a great deal of experience with, such as a Nike manager who thought I didn't know how to write Mac OS X applications, despite my having been an Apple developer since 1986.
