Instead of "To Be a Consultant, a freelancer or an independent contractor", I would change it to something like, "How To Be a Consultant, Freelancer or Independent Contractor".

Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, I've updated the title.
From the original title I might have thought of it more as, "To be a consultant or not to be a consultant?" which is a question I've struggled with.
