No. The Google voice recognition stuff does not have a personality or try to be a character. This was an explicit design decision, I believe, made early on. They are going for a "you are asking Google and the answer is spoken with the voice of Google", presumably, people are more tolerant of mistakes the less human-like a machine tries to be.

Google Now has a select few easter eggs, but nowhere near what Siri seems to have.
