I think "Right to be forgotten" should be forced upon the media, not search engines. If the media didn't have the information on their website, then major search engines wouldn't index it.

Awesome idea. "Well, Mr. news agency guy, the president wants this whole 'tax misappropriation scandal' thing to be forgotten. Otherwise, you may run into some legal trouble. After all, it's his right."
