I get this periodically. I have to walk away and go and do something else for a bit before I go nuts. This is usually after debugging some patternitis rats nest that is completely over-engineered.

However occasionally amongst the muck, a beautiful and elegant thing pops out and makes it all OK. This event is getting rarer for me as our product evolves though.
