It is instantly clear who the intended user is, what pain it purports to solve, and what the core workflow will be like. (It is often the case, by the way, that founders describe their stuff better when speaking informally than they do on their home pages.)

What does your site/product do? The first thing I read is something about a toolbar ... a toolbar for what? :)
I guess the smallest version of it is: sticky notes on a live website to ease the web developer / client feedback exchange process.
