Your comparison shows that you just don't know anything about IntelliJ, so why bother?

CTRL+ALT+L to reformat code. Either a selection, a file, a directory, a scope, the whole project etc.

You can use most PHP features in InstelliJ, just install the plugins.

IntelliJ recognizes extensions and even notifies you that it has plugins that may be installed for the open extension.
