I just watched the linked video - I only saw one instance of "hunched over" - and that was during the point where they were showing off the fact that you don't have to hunch over your MS Surface, you can just pick it up and use it like a tablet.

edit: I actually watched the video because of the parent comment because most of the time when I see laptops/tablets in use, people ARE hunched over & stabbing away (usually some game).
