I find it very odd that a lot of the options to do stuff- in Firefox settings OS X - like getting rid of browser history, runs synchronously on the main thread and thus blocking the UI. Something as SIMPLE as that should not be there.. That being said, I am probably insulting someone by calling it simpel :(
