I'd love to see arrows indicating dates when Napster, Kazaa, and Pirate Bay all began to achieve strong adoption rates. My music purchasing behavioral changes had nothing to do with iTunes..

I was a very happy Lala user until Apple killed it, and am now happy to pay $10/month to Spotify.
