you could look for the substring "AI" in the title and get 95% of the way there.

Steps:

Install uBlock Origin Lite. Then create a custom filter:

Any improvements to above filter are welcome.

"Cursor" and "Copilot" are generic words sadly that you may find in other unrelated contexts, I'd take these out, and "prompt" is regularly used in headlines regarding political news.

I agree about the risks but when I search for those words in posts, I don't seem to find much.

For example, here's stories with "prompt" (only look at post titles, not the story text):
