Comment on US to ban Canadian dairy, alcohol, motor vehicle imports on September 29

Comments

The dairy ban covers whey protein, invert molasses, cane molasses and non-alcoholic beer, per notices on the White House's website.

I think the authors of this ban are a little confused about what dairy is.

The terms customs uses are completely unrelated to normal human words for things. They have a 21-page document (https://www.cbp.gov/sites/default/files/assets/documents/202...) describing the difference between a bolt and a screw. It starts off by citing the regulation differentiating them by intended use, then spends the rest of the document differentiating them solely by looks.

"What Every Member of the Trade Community Should Know About: Distinguishing Bolts from Screws"

Is this a parody of some sort?
