I don't think you're unusual at all. The modern world is almost designed to make you crazy in some ways and makes it harder than it ideally would be to achieve these ideals (which is what they are, we're all human and none of us can achieve this all the time).

Unfortunately largely it is what it is and can't be changed, the only thing we can change is how we choose to respond to it
