Comment on Dyson CameraJet: The only toothbrush with a camera and a jetparent

The source was just someone on Reddit who said they did that and it improved their pocket numbers significantly. It was mostly a "wow, I never even considered just brushing twice" thing for me.

The toothpaste is a prescription one called All Day 5000 that my dentist gave me. I used to also use Apagard, which has apatite and is from Japan. Supposedly helps remineralize enamel. But I'm just sticking with the dentist toothpaste now and trying to drink water right after my lattes to wash the acid from the coffee off my teeth.

I still had a deep cleaning bc I don't wanna mess around with periodontal disease. I've reduced the brushing to just once at the very end now (you aren't even supposed to rinse after the All Day brush, just spit it out), but I added a waterpik because some of my teeth in the back have wider than normal gaps, so flossing didn't get it all out because floss works best in normal, narrow gaps.

Also FYI if your intervention is a deep cleaning, all this means is they will put a gel on your gums to numb them, then they'll do the standard dentist stuff, but under the gums a bit. I perceived it no differently from a normal cleaning. Just in case you're scared about it hurting a lot. no injections or anything. Just topical gel.
