Blocking recommendations is the one thing I'd add to this list. You can easily do so with uBlock Origin, and it's made the biggest difference for me.
Water still finds cracks, but it's about reducing the likelihood and increasing the time between binges (so that they mentally register as necessarily intentional and abnormal)
I wish the uBO element picker would make it easier to block elements by their content now that pretty much every websites uses optimized CSS with random class names that will change with each update.
