We’d save a lot of time not sitting on calls while managers show us the results of their brainstorming sessions with Claude. Instead we could focus on making the products better again.
So far, they’ve largely been a distraction. They don’t have enough domain knowledge for it to be useful, so it’s full of a bunch of stuff we don’t have and won’t buy. It also has a tendency to balloon the scope.

To be fair, if the managers are hands-on, those conversations with Claude might actually be useful.
