I think a "streamdeck with knobs" already exists :) And if you want knobs and sliders, search for a "midi control service." You would then use something like midi2macro.
Oh yeah, I meant it as in more like a combination of a keyboard and a Streamdeck kind of, the streamdeck would be like one of those fancy bars that existed in some Mac laptops some time ago above the keyboard but they will be slightly angled towards the user so they are easier to read and reach. On the knobs and sliders part though that looks interesting, I'll be checking it out definitely and maybe end up upgrading my setup along the way who knows
