imagine having so many state executions that this makes sense as a thing to have. But sure, totally not brutal.
Don't get me wrong I am a huge fan of China, it is an amazing country and people, with so much history, knowledge, thoughtfulness, examination of the human condition. I love the people. Both those ex-Chinese now Americans forced to the US because of Chinese government repression, those I have met when visiting China.
