True. On positive side sometimes cult members do see wrong in their ways and apologize[1] . Sadly it is not always they will do that. Mostly they will spend time on attacking non-members.

Well, one can always head back to their echo chamber to avoid hurt feelings, instead of telling others to not speak their mind.
