Just today a waitress offered my kid to taste a few different things before we committed to what he would eat. It was an example of amazing service.

Are you saying you wouldn't reward someone like that with a few extra bucks?

This is common in other countries outside of the US that do not demand tips, even western ones? When I was at a kebab shop in Germany, the owner offered my family to trial new sauces and falafel he was experimenting with, before we committed to our order.

American tiping culture is a form legal discrimination, were customer tip less for workers of different races, religions, genders, sexual orientation.

Only a minority do that. Most people tip based on service not racism.
