That's theoretical since no mobile OSes support it. And unless your decoy partition has a full life of data in it they will easily tell that it's fake.
When I can't avoid flying, I carry a special "travel phone" that I don't use for anything else instead of my daily. I know I'm not the only one. That also lacks the "full life of data" despite not being fake at all.
