Do propery owners and travelers really care that much about the app?

There is a threshold how bad it can be. With airbnb they happen to exceed that threshold.

Their website is so bloated that I cannot use it on Firefox mobile. It simply did not load within 60 seconds.

Sorry, don't blame me for spending my money somewhere else.
