Thus my advice would be to look at established consultancies.
Expect to be nickel and dimed because that is how consultancies stay in business and you want your consultants to stay in business.
As always make sure you are sufficiently capitalized before going into a business project…in this case sufficiently capitalized to afford consultants who make a profit.
