That’s my impression but they absolutely cannot say that. Admitting that would almost certainly invoke DEA charges and impacts to prescription privileges for everyone involved.

They have to at least maintain a facade that a professional looked and decided the meds were appropriate.

Selling ketamine prescriptions like that is wild though, if they’re doing that. I can see the DEA looking the other way on viagra and hair meds but ketamine feels like jamming a stick in the DEAs eye and asking what they’re gonna do about it.
