I think that's just how prints from a transparent filament usually look like, at least in my experience. What looks like under-extrusion are just bubbles of air. that 3d print seems to be under-extruded. I always wonder how can so many 3d print be so low quality. My 6+ year old ender5 will print so nice quality

I'm not a printer... What does that mean?
