The title looks good but the article does not make any sense and seems half-baked.

If our entire world is ... governed by software, it'd better be correct and pleasant to use.... Maybe we could use a new term, "software artist", for when the form of the code and the tools used matter more than the outcomes?

What? People can do whatever they want on a hobby project but "production" code should conform to norms and be easy to use.

None of this has to do with "delivering".
