I stopped using NextDNS when I forgot to cancel subscription and contacted then immediately to issue a refund. They ignored my request, were no answers at all.
I am not alone, this is a typical behavior. At least it was 3 years ago.
Why do I need to pay for the service that I don't use anymore not £1.79 but ~£20 for a year? Okay, my mistake, I am okay to lose these £20, not a big deal.
But if the service ignores customer requests to the billing@ email, then that's not a good sign.

I use AdGuard DNS now.
