How would that work? Bitcoin doesn't really provide an identity.

You could create a login-token signed with your bitcoin private key. Wallet software would have to implement that, though.

Yup. Bitcoin is meant to be anonymous.

This is a common misconception. Bitcoin isn't anonymous, but there isn't really a way to use your addresses as an "identity" easily, either. Sure you could use a Bitcoin address as the keypair it is to authenticate yourself, but that seems like an odd way to sign up for a service.

no it is not, its decentralized nature does lend itself to anonymity however.
