But it is absolutely unthinkable that Apple is any different, because they are also an organization above Coase's ceiling, at which level all organizations are the same. The difference is that Apple (God help them) understand the American customer, where Nokia (God spare them) did not. This is a difference of culture, but not specifically of organizational culture.
