I did a search for the picture. Here it is on Alamy Stock Photos.[1] There it's supposedly a cooling water supply system.
And here it is on Dreamstime.[2] There, it's supposedly a Diesel generator.
Here it is on Alamy again, from a different viewpoint.[3] Here, it's supposedly a "copper crushing plant", a ball mill. That's a video where the point of view changes.
It's not a ball mill. Alamy misfiled it with other pictures of real ball mills, which look quite different.
Source seems to be something called "Media Whale Stock".
This is embarrassing. LANL used to be a famously competent organization. Now they're shipping fake pictures.
