I don't get friends or family sharing slop with me often, but when I do, I simply don't react at all. I don't see the point in peeing in their pool, but I also don't want to give the impression that this is the sort of thing I enjoy.
I'd be curious to hear from people how they feel and how they handle their loved ones enjoying and sharing those kind of videos, not knowing they were generated.
I don't really consider this something that I need to handle. People enjoy what they enjoy. I don't have to share their enjoyment, I can just let them do them. I'll share my opinion if they ask, but outside of that, it's kinda none of my business.
