Not only that, the downstream effects and consolidation on platforms like Discord, Reddit, etc that heavily regulate the operators has a real chilling effect on making these tools and experiences less user-friendly than in the past. If you are referring to 3DS modifications it is easier now than ever before. You do not need Discord or Reddit to get this done.
