This feels like the inevitable next step in how the internet has been changing for the worse during the past decade. Almost all user space is limited to 'platforms', endless time being spent on never ending scrolls curated by dopamin-optimized empty content mixed with ads, dumbing down results and coercing user traffic to pre-approved safe viewpoints. I think things will get worse and worse, early days of novelty has unfortunately lost against the hyper commercial internet we now have.
