All of the posts arguments are good, though I think instead of only trying to regulate what AI companies can do with your whole post history, we should also strive for local AI development and accessibility for the average Joe. I think stuff that can run on the user's own device, should.

Much lower risk of massive data leaks when single big targets get hacked, no need for recurrent subscriptions, and way less central authority deciding which opinions are allowed
