Really, what's the deal with this? Why is Germany the most problematic in this aspect?
Every country have such organizations but somehow it's always my German contacts to which showing a video becomes an epic poem.
They have rights for "every music", a reversal of the burden of proof and demand ridiculously high royalties from Youtube.
How is someone like Psy even represented by the GEMA?
