It is funny that a site that promotes open alternatives runs on e.g., AWS S3.

What's funny is you thinking there is a purity test that should be applied here.

I also use Inngest, Plausible and PostHog which are open source. Hard to find a decent alternative to S3 and even if you find one, they just use S3 under the hood so what's the point?

It's definitely not hard to find an S3 alternative
