Isn't it kind of pointless to generalize the potential longevity of a citizen of nation to a diet these days?

If they argue for Olive Oil over Dairy, I suspect there's still a preponderance of use of butter and saturated fat in the north, and less in the south but no, I think it's declining value.

I drink EVO morning noon and night and slather butter on anything which has stopped moving, irrespective of the nutritive value. I live for salt. If it's been deep fried, so much the better.

No amount of advice to stop eating Parmesan and Butter is going to be heard here, la la la la.. not listening. Still, if you want to live a long, healthy and dairy free life.. go ahead!
