For the first few paragraphs I actually thought that the article is describing D language but apparently it's a new interpreted language namely PyFL.

It seems to me that to have the ability to create the powerful meta web framework like Ruby's RoR the programming language need to have the right Yin and Yang (recursion and iteration) balance mentioned in the article [1],[2]. To get the balance in an interpretered language is much easier than in a strongly typed compiled language hence this makes D language truly unique and special [3].
