We're looking into either getting the whole thing sponsored or charging a fee that will cover cost. Our target is not to make a profit, it is to have a great time working with inspiring people.
It will be partly personal interviews, partly skills. In my previous experiences with communal living i have learned that even the most skilled people can be a total pain in the butt to live with. I wanna avoid that at all cost :)
