I have seen on HN suggestions for raindrop.io which another commenter suggested. You may also be interested in notado.app (https://notado.app/) -- I'm not a user, just have seen other HNers mention it alongside raindrop.
I would heavily endorse raindrop.io as a paid user. I was looking for an alternative to Pinboard; after witnessing the founder's behavior/attitude on HN, I didn't want to funnel any more money to them.
