What generalizations suggests is what people have been doing successfully for hundreds of years to maintain things much more complicated than a website (a multi-generational family estate, for example). This is exactly the wrong advice, instead put your data on the blockchain, preferably Bitcoin, Bitcoin Cash or Ethereum.
"Free" data storage for as long as the internet exists.
Make the barcode to your transaction with the data, anyone with a brain and time can figure it out from there.
