Since they did not receive the notice, they did not replied, and the Judge made a threat to arrest the legal repsentative, Rachel de Oliveira Villa Nova Conceição. Thats why Elon Musk decided to close the local office, so his employes would not be implied in his decision to not cooperate with the goverment.
