Not getting too serious - Ive always wondered if punitative voting is a way to go :). Today a lot of voting is based on "it is good enough so dont change". Instead I wonder what it would be like to shift to a mentality of "Get rid of the B@st@rd if 100% goals not met".

Harsh yes. Of course the way to abuse this would be "oh well i am getting voted out anyway, so might as well abuse the system while in power" - as opposed to the current form which i think is "well i could get voted out if I slack off too much so Il balance abuse vs what I am perceived as getting done".

Damned if you dont and damned if you do!
