Why all the demo videos for AI products show something clearly broken?

In the video it is extracting the tweets right... 1) None of the tweets on the screen is on the result json 2) The format is quite inneficient and the tweets lacks context. 3) We don't even know if those are tweets, one of them is an image and other may be a user name
