You can make complex pathways and conditional logic to only Tweet at night, Tweet every 4 hours on the dot, Tweet on a random delay, use AI to generate your Tweets. I've so far collected about 60 followers in the span of two weeks without using extremely spammy or clickbait-y techniques, but I'd be interested to see how well those work...
