And you are assuming OP couldn't have created alternative styles of video for the relevant audience?
He would definitely have to alter his showreel or taylor one to a different market but the core skills are the same...
Your argument is like saying a frontend dev cannot do any backend work because "the only do the GUI parts", if they are a competent dev at most it will take getting some familiarity with the core concepts but the fundamental skills are still there.
Please exclude the bootcamp react devs who are still new to the industry from your mental model when answering the above to yourself.
