yes, this is my intention to build software that works for ten years reliably enough without any modifications. i am sure it will not work from the first try and i will have fix things occasionally, but i do not worry about hosting and payments at all.
the question is solely about being able to pay once for ten years and not worry about hosting during this duration of time. i do not like monthly or yearly payments.
